2. Reservation Hold Policy

The hold time for your reserved table varies:

• Before 21:00: The maximum holding time is 15 minutes.
• 21:00 and Later: Due to high volume, no delay option is granted.

3. Entry Rules & Door Discretion

The management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry to any individual based on attitude or security reasons.
